A visit is being arranged Kew Gardens to see the Henry Moore sculpture exhibition. Monumental Nature is the largest ever presentation of outdoor artworks by the sculptor with over 30 sculptures on display around the gardens. The tour includes coach travel to Kew Gardens, entrance fee, a guided walking tour, plus free time to visit a related exhibition in the Shirley Sherwood Gallery and to see more of the sculptures independently.
Travel will be by 19-seater coach with two coach pick up points: one in Southampton and one in Chandler's Ford (details below). Journey time to Kew Gardens from there is approximately 1 hour 45 minutes, depending on traffic.
Schedule for the day:
8:30 Panache coach picks up from Northlands Road northbound stop near Cowherds pub, The Avenue
8:45 Panache coach picks up from Fryern Hill bus stop Chandler's Ford. This is the stop outside the Co-op shop and Josie's café.
10:45 approximately, arrive Kew Gardens
11:30 approximately, walking tour with guide to see some of the Henry Moore sculptures
12:30 Free time to continue your visit
15:15 Leave Kew
17:00 approximately return to Chandler's Ford
17:15 approximately Northlands Road stop near Cowherds pub
Cost: Full price group admission for under 65 years £58.75 plus a booking fee
Concession group admission for aged 65+ £56.00 plus a booking fee
You can purchase refreshments at Kew or bring your own.
Booking will open on Friday, 9th October, and close on Wednesday, 28th October 2026.
